We work closely with local council authorities with whom we have shared with, bio-data of every child that we take care of at the home. These children were identified from surrounding communities mainly from very disadvantaged circumstances. The teenagers were mainly rescued from working and engaging in dangerous activities that were not age appropriate.
We provide lodging and boarding facilities for the children in a rented structure. We have enrolled all the children of school going age in schools. Our youngest are pre-scholars while the oldest will be joining university this year (2019)
We have been running the home as a ministry and with some contributions from concerned friends. We mobilise both cash and in kind donations. It breaks our hearts when we have to turn away children who come seeking for our support but due to resource constraints, we have had no choice but to send them away without much help. For this reason, we seek your support friends to stand with us for this cause
This home has three care givers who take care of the daily needs of the inmates. We need to have other support staff at the home to support the caregivers. The home also needs an administrator, social worker and medical personnel to support the technical aspects of the home.
